So how can an employee go to Disney, fly on a plane to vacation. Come back to work in UPMC wound office with out quarantining per CDC guidelines!! Back in office next day!!!!! Fla to PA is on the list to quarantine. Then we wonder why Covid is out of control.

The receptionist at the front desk Stephanie was extremely rude and unprofessional. We walked through the door as first time customers and she sat there and did not say anything to us. When I explained to her that I was in there for the first time and wasn’t sure how it works and tried to get information, she rolled her eyes at me exhaled loudly and was clearly annoyed. She continued to be rude, sarcastic and unprofessional throughout the entire interaction.
