What a great experience! Eagle was AMAZING in helping my fiancé and register for our wedding. We decided to register at William Sonoma, as my fiancé is an executive chef and we have always had great customer service there. We sure were not disappointed. I had gone in several time before Christmas and each time the service level was exceptional. My last visit we had asked an associate at the register to see if they had a certain item in stock that I had seen online. Emma at the Fashion Valley store was incredibly helpful and provided me with outstanding customer service today. I had a dish that needed to be exchanged and she went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and able to exchange it as efficiently and quickly as possible. Thank you, Emma!
