We visited the Cross Keys Williams Sonoma this evening for some holiday gift shopping. We have been frequent shoppers of this chain and have purchased countless items in the past from both the Towson and Columbia locations. Because of the Towson closure, we decided to try this location. We walked around the store for over 45 minutes without a single person offering us help. The store associates followed us around the store as we were shopping. No other customer was treated like this so I’m really confused as to why we were. Also when asked if the store is hiring for the holidays I was looked up and down and told “no I don’t think so”. Then at checkout when my dad pulled his gift cards out they rolled their eyes at him. And if that wasn’t enough one store associate decided to pull out one of the peppermint bark bars we bought and announced that it has 2 grams of protein so we shouldn’t feel too ... read more
