I went in there today and they greeted me. When they asked me if I needed any help, I told the lady in the small appliances I wanted a Cuisinart popcorn machine. She said the one with the dome. I said “yes”. She went to the back looked. Came back to the front and proceeded to help somebody else. I LEFT AND WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN!!!!!!!! FORGET WILLIAMS AND SONOMA.....I WON’T LOSE ANY SLEEP OVER YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS SHE WAS RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL.......IT WAS NOT THAT BUSY.
