The worst customer experience I have had! I had an All-Clad pot to return with a receipt and just wanted it put back onto the charge it was purchased on. I was 10 days over the 30day return date which I wasn’t even aware of! They refused my return even for store credit! I had the flu over the last 2 weeks, but they have NO customer consideration!!! I will NEVER shop in one of their stores again, and I had been a good customer! I will make sure that my experience there, and anyone else I know, will be the LAST!!!

Bought a 2lb box of Chocolate Bark with Almonds. Opened it for Christmas with the family and the nuts had gone bad. Tried to bring it back to the store for a refund or exchange and was told all food items were final sale. When I said this was a poor policy, the manager said, "I'll give you $30 to buy something right now." The store also said they received many of these same items returned with the comment of "rancid." I love the store but I’d never order online ever again! I placed an order online with my PayPal I have spent all morning on the phone with them because they double charged me! They say well you can cancel your order and we will refund you one of the charges 🤔 ummmmmm no. I’ll be holding for my full amount. If you are looking to order online to save money DONT you’ll pay double and so far I’ve been on the phone for 25 minutes 2 call because they disconnected me.
