wow on hold for over an hour today. I purchased a tablecloth- they sent the wrong color. I called last week and was told that the tablecloth was resent in yellow - the color that I ordered. They sent napkins instead of the correct color. And now they are telling me that I cannot get the tablecloth unless I pay more- this was a straight exchange and they want more money and will not acknowledge that they sent napkins in error.
