The gentleman was on time and the job was done better than expected. You can tell that he takes pride in doing a good job and making the customers happy. He was able to get all of the stains that I had tried may times to get out OUT and took extra time and care on the tough ones. The carpets and stairs look great! We are very happy and I will recommend to everyone that I know. Plus you cant beat the price with the deal that he had running.
