Joe was personable, polite, and professional. He went straight to work and didn't stop until job was complete. He would have scored 5 stars across the board had he moved the bed to clean underneath, as well as The same with a small light sofa. Great work though. Will use JC's again each Spring, and have recommended him to two family members already.
JC arrived early and exuded professionalism for his entire visit. His equipment is top notch and cleaned the gross carpet in our rental better than my husband or I ever imagined. I did not have the means to move the furniture around for JC to clean underneath however, he moved my couches to ensure every part of the living room was cleaned. The entire house looked and smelt so much better after he used his allergen cleaners. We will most certainly use this local business again if we need carpets or upholstery cleaned.
