Honest and trustworthy. wonderful waiting area. Did not have to tell me repair was covered by an extended warranty from Honda. how would I be able to check. Would recommend to anyone who ask.
I liked the idea of a 'Tune-up" and all oils changed. The car has 117K and never had spark plugs or injection cleaning. Don't know if valves were adjusted, I assume not. The car 'seems' to run quieter and smoother. I passed a truck on a hill, 2 lane road, and it seemed to do better then last time I did that.
Great folks to deal with everything went very smoothly and in a timely fashion.
The entire process was very easy. EVERYONE that we came in contact with was professional and respectful. We did not feel pressured. The salesman knew the product well, and even showed us other LOWER priced cars to see if that would have been a better fit for us. Everything was explained well, and everything was ready when promised. I plan on returning when it is time to purchase another vehicle.
Everything was amazing there. Anne at the service desk is so friendly & genuine with her customers, you can tell she really cares about us! In fact, all the staff were like Anna, even my technician was super friendly & patiently awaiting for me after I called saying I was running late. I forgot to tip him but it completely slipped my mind becausw it was such a quick job that I barely had been writing my paper when they said I was all set to go. Best oil change you can get for $20.
