Excellent experience
come up to have my car appraised and they didnt do that. wasted my time. second dealership to do this. shop at a small dealer, you'll have better luck.
I was in, signed and drove away within an hour. I've never had a smoother process when buying a vehicle. Great, courteous and knowledgable staff. Had the pleasure of working with Nikki and Bill while searching for a new car, they found me the perfect car at a better price than any other dealership around. The whole buying experience was great and exactly how the process should be. If you are in the market for a new car, highly recommend stopping at Williams, honest, professional, efficient and great selection of vehicles.
Went there to look at the 2017 Impreza Sport for $14,997. They pulled my credit score (which is 699) and told me that I would have to put $4000 down AND trade in my vehicle just so I could get the loan for this car. Then without me even knowing, they put in a loan application for me. I never wanted to put in a loan application. This dealership was trying to take advantage of me because of my age and because I don’t know 100% everything about buying a vehicle. NEVER USE THIS DEALERSHIP

The dealer was very quick and responsive to my inquiry. Even though it was 91 miles away I did buy the car when I realized it was a good deal. It was ready to be test driven but still needed to be washed and detailed. They did provide the car mats when I saw they weren't in the car. However I only got one key and would very much like to have a spare. They suggested I drive down to pick one up later this week but it is not convenient and am hoping they will mail one to me.
