I will never do business here again! I’ll drive an hour to Miller again and again before Williams ever sees a cent of my money!!
Due to a family emergency we found ourselves at Elmira hospital. The shift knob broke off on our 2017 CRV ( there was a recall on it). I called over to Williams and they took us right away with no appointment. 10 minutes later the recall was done and we were back on the road. Outstanding customer service!

I loved looking at Williams Honda ! They have a large selection of cars to choose from and they never pressure you ! I would recommend this place to all of my friend .My salesperson was Bill took his time to go slow and explain everything to me in detail !
Bought a 2015 Chevy traverse in 2016, loved it, but as usual when the bumper to bumper warranty expires everything goes wrong. Even with extended warranty that doesn’t cover anything you need it to. I’m looking at over $1000 to replace an AC system HOSE. Owned less than 2 years and already need to replace stuff. Will never buy another vehicle from here.
We have purchased 3 vehicles (2 new and 1 used) in the past year from Dave Raymond. We couldn’t have had a better salesman. His knowledge is second to none and we are very pleased with our fleet of Hondas!!
