They called right away , very helpful Would use them again
It took a few days to get a response, but the email was personal (not automated). I appreciate that they were honest enough to tell me that he car that I was interested in was no longer available.

David was very helpful and made the whole experience better. It was a little upsetting at first and we almost walked away because there was a problem with the stereo and they hadn't fixed it. There was also a chrome piece missing from the front. The mileage was not accurate either. It had over 30,000 on it because the manager drove it home to Syracuse multiple times. I have yet to pick up the vehicle because we refused to take it until they had fixed the issues.
Went into store waited for salesmen, they completely ignored us. Bought car elsewhere.
