Bought a 2015 Chevy traverse in 2016, loved it, but as usual when the bumper to bumper warranty expires everything goes wrong. Even with extended warranty that doesn’t cover anything you need it to. I’m looking at over $1000 to replace an AC system HOSE. Owned less than 2 years and already need to replace stuff. Will never buy another vehicle from here.
We have purchased 3 vehicles (2 new and 1 used) in the past year from Dave Raymond. We couldn’t have had a better salesman. His knowledge is second to none and we are very pleased with our fleet of Hondas!!
Purchased a used Civic and have had all the services done with Williams. Always a great job done quickly.
The internet manager I conversed with was great. She was very helpful, in a few different situations. I unfortunately didn't have the best experience with the sales representative I was placed with, and I relayed my experience back to the internet manager and she was very apologetic, emailed and called to reassure me that they only want to provide the best to their customers and wanted to help in anyway possible with the vehicle we were interested in.
