The dental hygienist was very cordial and did a great job. The only problem is that the staff always bring up orthodontal procedures that I can't possibly afford and am not interested in pursuing.
I cannot explain in words the attention and wonderful service that Dr. Sims and his trained staff offered me on my visit to his office. He is definitely a professional that takes the time out to ensure you are well educated and comfortable with the procedures you are in need of. He offers several options that fits the patient. I have not been to the dentist in years,so the anxiety was in full force. After visiting Dr. Sims office, I have that no more. Great family place and they care! Hard to find that these days. Great Experience!!
I entered this event really unaware what to expect. Dr. Sims and his staff have been very professional, honest and caring. They allow you to call the shots and take every effort to make your experience as comfortable as possible and have your best interest at heart!
My first visit with Dr. Sims was far more informative than any other dentist visit I've ever had. He took time to really listen and explain what needed to get done. I am not a fan of going to the dentist, but having Dr. Sims makes the experience not quite as stressful. My husband will be visiting soon too. :)
