The staff was extremely hospitable and friendly. Dr. Sims was very pleasant and informative. I experienced little to no discomfort and zero post procedure pain from my root canal. Very pleasant first dental experience.
Dr. Jefferson Sims was very honest with me when I came to him for a second opinion for a new bridge and he told me that I didn't need a new bridge after all. In addition, he suggested a solution to my jaw pain problem and it was at a reasonable price. I would recommend Dr Jefferson Sims to anyone who needs dental work!
I had previously seen the same dentist for years. I finally decided to go somewhere else as each time I went I was feeling like I was on an assembly line. I researched and found Dr.Sims. What a wonderful experience. They explain everything thoroughly. They do not have a waiting room full of patients to rush in and out. I felt that I truly mattered. I highly recommend Dr. Sims.
I called with an emergency, and was seen promptly. The situation called for a long, drawn-out procedure, and the staff ended up staying late to get the problem fixed. The results look great, even though these are only provisionary crowns. Can't wait to see the finished product!
