Dr. Simms and his entire staff are professional, caring and spend so much time helping you get the information you need to make informed choices!
First, I need to apologize for my state of mind. Really wasn't prepared for the dental visit. I had been having bleeding sinuses which I was fearful would interfere with the procedure.Second, the professional staff was great as usual. The problem wasn't the staff but the patient.Finally, I had practiced my relaxation procedures so well I had difficulty arousing myself to leave (my problem).Will be back in may to see my wonderlful hygenist.
The person who cleans my teeth is wonderful, nice and very good.
Nice friendly staff! Comfortable enviornment. Treated as an individual, which is always great. Feel very confident in my choice, and that I am in good hands. I would give them a 5 out of 5 pearly whites!
Very experienced and knowledgeable staff. Would recommend to anyone needing structural repair of teeth.
Dr. Sims and his staff are nothing short of stellar. Dr. Sims is clearly passionate about practicing cosmetic dentistry and it showed throughout the process and certainly in the end result. Faith, Dr. Sims' Dental Assistant was also thorough and kind. The billing staff was professional, thorough and extremely helpful in navigating insurance and financial issues. I would recommend this practice highly and without hesitation!
