I had 2 temporary crowns added yesterday- waiting on the permanent crowns. Dr. Sims is very professional and detail oriented. The work is always done right. His staff is very polite, professional, and efficient too. I've been going to him for 19 years. Unfortunately, they will be dropping Delta Dental soon so now I have to decide whether to stay with a known professional and pay more, or change dentists and risk quality to save money.

The cleaning was very gentle, which I appreciated. As always, my appointments are on time and quick.
Staff was excellent...welcoming, reassuring. Unfortunately I was unable to procede with treatment due to insurance constraints, and a lack of out- of-pocket resources as well as undesirable credit. I did appreciate Dr. Sims view of insurance companies not providing yearly limits comparable to health insurance. I highly recommend Dr. Sims if you are able to afford what he has to offer.
I truly appreciate Gwen working with me! She is sensitive to my pain level, takes her time and the right tools and is very professional in her interaction with me. She is a real asset to Dr Sims and I would recommend her wholeheartedly.
