They came out and did a pest control service. Technician did a thorough job. Very friendly people. The receptionist was very helpful in accommodating our work schedule. She is very pleasant, not your typical receptionist.

Awful... avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Shoddy service and very poor customer service. Very unprofessional receptionist who only inflamed the situation. Work done at time home was bought and the receipt is incomplete when filled out and does not include what work was completed. Doubtful they did anything but charged the seller the cheapest price. Can't say it enough: AVOID! Go elsewhere to get job done right.

Absolutely no customer service at all. i was quoted a price and was given information and when they came to my house it was something completely different. I spoke with the owner hoping my issue would be resolved only to be promptly told " our paper work is different than what we told you, i'm sorry YOU didn't pay attention". on top of that they we late ever single time they came out, only to be for for 5 minutes and say " i'm really busy, can i come back another day?" The lady receptionist is nice, but Rusty, the exterminator, would not call me back with questions I had about his services. He spent about an hour spraying the whole house to exterminate the bed bugs, but it was useless, and the business never called us back when we reported that the house was still infested with bed bugs. Terrible waste of $450.
