I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Kesto. The surgeon did not take the time to explain the details of the surgery or what to expect during recovery. The consultation left me feeling rushed and unheard—especially concerning for a surgical appointment. Additionally, the suggestion to use weight loss medication felt abrupt and judgmental, as if my weight was being viewed as a personal failing rather than a medical concern.
