If you want your eyes to be worse than before then go see Dr. Lahner. He will do cataract surgery when it is not necessary and rush you through the process even if proper preop preparations have not been done. You also never see him before or after. When you go in for you follow up you don’t see him either you see an optometrist. My eyesight is severely damaged now. I have been told by multiple specialists I never should’ve had the surgery and to NOT go back to him ever!!! STAY AWAY!!
Performed unnecessary surgery after he promised to consult with my other specialist to make sure they were on board. He never spoke with other doctor. Surgery day was lots of confusion of staff, rushing around. “Cattle being lead to slaughter.” Now I’m left with complications from a surgery I shouldn’t have had.
Dr Lahners and his team are fantastic. I have multiple issues with my eyes and I do suffer anxiety when needing to go to a new eye doctor. Dr Lahners and the team at Center for Sight have taken great care of me and my eyes during cataract lens replacements. They left no stone unturned throughout the entire process... from evaluation all the way through follow up. I feel the care given has been impeccable. I found the personal care outstanding. I was concerned about the operation, but they put all those concerns to rest. Their pre-op testing was very thorough. They knew my eyes and what was needed. I had a very thrilling procedure that rid me of glasses after 67 years. My fiancé was even able to observe the operation on each eye. After they operated on the first eye, when I went back for the post op checkup, they gave me a contact for the eye yet to be operated on.

Dr Lahners is a very well rounded doctor, But the staff at center for sight has a lot not to be proud, The staff loves to pass the buck to the next person, I have never seen a business run so poorly in my many years.
