Everyone at the dealership was great, but Allan was an especially excellent salesman. He spent about 3 hours with me on the night I was test-driving cars. He could answer all my questions about the Honda hybrids. He never pressured me into making a decision before I was ready. I visited 6 other dealerships in my quest for a new car, and none of those experiences was as positive as my experience at Performance Honda.
I went to performance Honda bountiful to purchase a 1999 Honda CRV when I got there to look into the car I was approached by James York my salesman he was very helpful in answering my questions . He gave very good customer service and was concern that I was very satisfied with my purchase. Even after when I bought the car. The financial person Jake Reck was very helpful in finding financing for our purchase and he went over and beyond to help us keep the payment in our budget. Went to Performance Honda Bountiful to purchase a used car was treated with excellent customer service from James York my salesman and from Jake Reck our financial person. They both went out of their way to help me get a great dependable used car and a payment that fits my budget. Would recommend this dealership to anyone who is interested in buying a used or new car.
I did start out unsatisfied with my mother's appointment but they were very helpful in trying to work it out with us. I am very grateful to Perfomance for their treatment and willingness to listen. I would recommend them as they have worked hard to clear up the issues I had. Thank you.
