I've been dealing with Performance Honda for the last 2 months and the one thing I will say is, once they have your money, they have terrible customer service. It's been about a month since I was suppose to get a refund on a down payment and I still have yet to hear from the finance managers. Whenever I do get a hold of them, I just get a "I'll follow up and get back to you." And I never hear back. Ridiculous.
We bought a great car at a great value. So far it seems to be good but we will see how the car holds up and the service department does on the maintenance.
