Josh went above and beyond! He was always so prompt to communicate, schedule showings, and help us with whatever we needed. He was also very good at explaining the whole process to us as first time home buyers! He gave helpful advice based on what he knew we wanted and made the experience feel much easier in general. He also gave us a very nice congratulatory gift when we eventually did find a house we loved! I couldn’t recommend him enough.

She is highly skilled at what she does and is always most knowledgeable about properties in general. She works very hard and has an intense attention to detail. In every way she goes above and beyond for her clients.
