Poor Hospital!!! This hospital is a joke! Traveled there and they couldn't even do an mri!!! They must think there are only midget veterans! They are not equipped at all to handle situations! I don't think they care and have enough knowledge or compassion to give a damn! They need to step up for the veterans!!! IT IS A NIGHTMARE
Unlike others, my treatment has been more than good and I have been treated with respect.
Every time I go there, something goes wrong. It is filled with employees who do not do their jobs, or give a crap about veterans. It's one of the worst VA hospitals I've been to. I have had so many things go wrong at the Wilkes Barre VA, that it would take hours to write them all down.
I was treated very well yesterday . ,with a smile. And well.informed by my Dr. Thank you
Not enough handicapped parking, waiting time to be seen is painfully long.
