Called to make an appt. Got the message that the call center was closed. I understand it's a holiday but how can No one be there to receive calls. Not the first time this has happened. Also have been leaving messages to have my doctor contact me for results and discussion about tests that have been done and haven't heard from them in almost two weeks after leaving multiple requests for them to contact me
My husband had an 845am appointment and then a 9am appointment. The 9am appointment said 1 hour so I'm home babysitting waiting, waiting, and waiting finally i called his cell no answer then i called to find out where he was. The person looked him up on his computer and said oh he was done at 930am. He was checked out.
