This place is a joke. No continuity of care, rude, disrespectful, condescending, nobody knows what the hell they are doing. I’ve never heard of a doctor who doesn’t write prescriptions! Like wtf! Yup, so now it’s a pissing contest between pain management and PCP who’s going to write the script (which is a narcotic that I’ve been on for several years) refills ran out now going through withdrawal because these Dick’s can’t do their job. They wonder why our vets go out in the parking lot and eat lead!
My father Elwood Perry was in the facility. The staff was wonderful to my father I could never say enough about the va .i don't know where we would b without them Hod bless all of you gor the care of my father.
My father was in Hero's Haven and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the facility and the workers. The love and compassion for all the residents is absolutely amazing. I recommend this facility 100%!
Other than the hr. + drive.. I am seen fast, med are filled there. Dr. Nurses, and Most staff are friendly ( But very over worked & under staffed in some departments.
Top notch care. I went to the ER yesterday because I scliced open the top of my ear during an incident. Six stitches and a CT scan to be sure I didn't have a concussion. Was there two hours--that's it, and it was a holiday.
The staff is so caring and patient. The attention and care I'm receiving is outstanding. I will be here for in the SARRTP program and will be given the tools to surrender and put this into complete remission.
Treated me very quick due to me having to go to work
