I recommend everything! They are absolutely awesome Today maintenance where I live came and said the VA called the building manager where I live because they haven't been able to reach me. Today is Tuesday am and my phone died Friday before. I have no way to reach anyone except online and thats limited to my computer knowlege. They were doing a welfare check on me. American military hospitals should have English speaking doctors, not from India who only get paid to cover their mistakes.
I have been going to Behavior Health for some time now. Good support.
My first visit was on Tuesday, March 3, 2020 to see my pcp. I never felt so cared for and had such a great staff assist and help me along the way. I went back today for another appointment and was so happy and felt so blessed of the outcome. My future appointments, visits, specialists and so on are scheduled to my convenience. There is currently an employee of the name Joseph Terrell workimg at this VA. Joseph terrell has not only threatened my life(a veteran) he has also told me numerous time I would be better off dead and to kill myself. I am not sure why such person would be allowed to work around veterans. I have been severely impacted by suicide and my friends in the army. This is no joking matter. The VA sends you to a outside provider, then sends you a bill in the mail. You try and call to figure out what’s going on with it and you get the run around. You finally get someone on the phone and there is screaming in the back round so you can’t hear. Then they send you back to the person that told you to call them. There is no wonder they put the crisis hotline on every call. By time you give up because you realize your getting nowhere you mite need that hotline 🥵🥵🤬🤬
The entire staff offer excellent care and respect their patients, our Veterans who served their country.
Worst place to try to get cared for as a vet. Lack of competent providers, poor or non existent communication, the need to beg for care and still not get it should be the new motto for the VA. “To care for him who borne the burden of battle” ya right!!!!
