I lived here for five years. It was a great place to live. I only moved to go to grad school out of state. Roomy apartments, close to the lake, shopping, downtown, and NCSU. The staff were so professional and focused on making it a good place to live. By far the best landlord I've ever had.

Great place to live! Love how maintenance techs are fast to fix anything, the staff in the office are very friendly! The grounds are kept up daily! The gym, pool, and trails are amazing ! Our apartment backs up to the start of a trail and the view and access is perfect for us and our baby dog. Really appreciate that the property is always working on the property to make it like new!
Super place to live. Competitive rates. Roomy apartments. Surrounded by nature and of course the lake. The residents are very neighborly and friendly. Love this place.
I lived here for 4 years and I would never have moved if I hadn't moved into a house. Best maintenance guys, best office gals, good pricing on the apartments. Loved the location on the lake with tons of trails onto the main trail. Loved my screened in porch with the French doors I could open. I did wish there was more exterior safety lighting because it was really hard to see at night when walking the dog or parking the car once the striping faded. If that's my only complaint though, I would say anyone would be happy to live... read more
