04-13-2022 took my 2015 toyota sienna in to get my AC checked out as it was not functioning properly. Was told it was a leak, and bad compressor. Drained and refilled freon after placing with remanufactured compressor. Took a trip to Kentucky next day. Weather was not hot enough to turn on AC until reached kentucky. Turned on AC, found out it was not functioning either. Went back to WILDE on 04-18-2022, was told compressor was bad. Had it replaced along with a leaking o-ring. AC worked for a few days. I took my current vehicle in on 12/18/21 to see how much I could get for a trade-in. My mom came with me and when we arrived, the salesman only shook my mom's hand. We moved past that red flag and waited while they took a look at my car. I accepted their offer and signed a purchase contract that listed the trade-in amount and the money that I put down as well as the anticipated delivery date of 3/31/22. Took my 2020 Tacoma in for 10,000 mi. service last week. I was skeptical because they failed to do all the service they were suppose to do on the 5000 mi. service. Service was to include oil change, check all the fluids, and regular service including tire rotation. They never once even looked at the tires. I know this because I marked the tires as I had a feeling they didn't rotate at the 5,000 mi service. "Wilde"ly Frustrating Buying a new car should be a reasonably pleasant experience, right? Spending over $30K should warrant this, am I wrong? Our experience with Wilde Toyota was similar to that of the review from Jdurnil93. After 2 months of non-returned calls, mishandled messages and empty promises, we were put in the position of having to return to the dealership in person (4th time) to correct a fraudulent purchase contract, rife with mistakes and invalid charges. Unpleasant learning experience for first time buyer. Sales associate Matt ****** was great and pleasant to talk to, although getting ahold of him (let alone any employee) after the fact regarding questions I have has proved impossible. Finance manager turned out to be very shark like, using language like “throwing this in” to give the illusion that I was getting certain packages for free. I had a horrible experience with this dealership. I found a car and started the purchasing process. At the start, I told them who my lender was. We were close to the end and I even put down a holding deposit. I had my lender send over documents to complete the purchase. At that time, I was informed that they do not do business with this lender. They had a bogus excuse that the lender sends checks and that could take a while to get cashed. Was in for an oil change and tire rotation.After i left i ran a, few errands and started to notice a loud noise and shaking and wobbling.Long story short i had someone check it out come to find out ALL my lug nuts on my tires were loose!!!!!AND i drove it like this!!!!I reached out to the dealership multiple times still have not heard from anyone. to make them aware of this issue.As i read more complaints and reviews on them i realized this is NOT the first time they forgot lug nuts on a customers car.This is unacceptable
