Will not negotiate on the phone or internet. Instead said I had to drive an hour and a half each direction. Dealership and director of sales specifically are stuck in the past prior to the internet and phone sales. They think the only way to sale a car is in person. I know they just want to get you to come in person where you will put up with a day long negotiation until you become to tired and accept a higher price than you otherwise would.
Dealer got back to me. Salesman and Used car sales manager were very helpful. Test drove used car I thought I wanted but it wasn’t to my liking after all. So didn’t buy though the offered attractive alternatives.

The car was listed as $39,992, but after I got their OTD price sheet. The price on the vehicle before any other fees was $40.992. What a surprise!?

Bought a 2013 Camaro SS convertible sight unseen from Florida. Staff was extremely helpful throughout buying process. I took this Lexus gx 460 for test drive and I shut it off to check oil and vehicle wouldn’t turn back on. Salesman brought out jumper box and said they put a yellow sticky note on the battery that said the battery was dead (which was gone at the time he jumped it in front of me.) so he admitted without admitting… he initially jumped the vehicle to bring it to me to look at and did not say anything to me about it until I shut the vehicle off, and it wouldn’t start, and he had to jump it again. Not helpful in any way. Wanted to do business but they’re not willing to discuss pricing without me driving there and test driving the vehicle. Would not recommend and advise to not waste your time with them.
