I contacted the dealer on Friday, didn’t hear from them until Monday, but called the dealer directly over the weekend and told a bunch of conflicting stories. Was lied to and Sales Manger Sam was beyond rude and hung up on me. Was assured people would let me know either way if the car was sold as I was a back up (no financing) buyer of the car. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. I’d give them 0 stars if I could.
Customer service is horrible. I understand if you will not move on the pricing but you can just say that but being rude telling me. Also lying about vehicle is sold to try to make me drive over 3 hours to come get the vehicle after it was supposedly not sold at their pricing.

The sales people were polite but they would not negotiate and asked way over MSRP. They continued to call but had no plans to negotiate a $40K markup.
