I expected a higher standard from a large Lexus dealership like Lexus Santa Monica. My initial experience purchasing a used Lexus GX460 from Lexus Santa Monica's pre-owned department was positive. The sales process itself was smooth and efficient. However, this positive impression quickly soured. It seem like they didn’t care. They contacted me once and the car I was looking at it was already under contract. I called back the next day and they said that my sales person would get a hold of me again and never did.

I’m afraid I will not be able to give positive feedback. I have spent months looking for the perfect vehicle & was ecstatic to find this one. My husband called last Friday & was told it was still available, we sent pictures of our trade and were told to call back to finalize on Monday. We called back on Monday morning to complete paperwork and we were told it was SOLD. It seems that no one updated the status to “pending” or “sale in process ” or whatever the case may be. Such a disappointment.
