They told me this car had been sold. However a week later it's still listed on several car sites. Could it be that they use bait and switch tactics.
The dealer at Lexus Santa Monica was helpful. He returned my phone inquiry and was patient as I was evaluating my choices. He followed up with an additional phone call on the day that I asked him to do so. Because I found a better vehicle fit for me, I purchased a vehicle from another dealer. The Santa Monica dealer was very courteous when I turned down the vehicle at his dealership and left me feeling like I would want to do future business with him.
A very Good experience with this dealership. Most remarkable and wonderful feeling of inclusivitity at this very diversely populated sales and finance staff location.

Made an appointment to see the car. waited 1hour 30 minutes did not see the car and left
I called about this vehicle on a Saturday, when it was posted for $10,500. The person told me it was available and this was the price for it. I called again the Monday morning (They were closed Sunday) and was told to come in and the vehicle was still there for the same price. I drove 50 miles to the location and was immediately informed the price was inaccurate and it should’ve been listed for $15,995.
