delivered 2 hours to delivery...was cold
customer service sucked. We were seated and waiting on someone to take our order for 30 minutes. one came up and said I will be with you in a second and went to the table in front of us and started taking their order and they had been there for about 5 minutes. We got up and walked out.
staff is very good. Food is very good.
We waited 20-25 minutes to put in our order. Never happened, so we left. The waiter must have just started b/c he was confused from the get go. He should have had some back up support.
My Family visits Hilton Head Island every year. Our tradition is a visit to Wild Wing for dinner on the 1st night. Great place and food, lots of noise, fun for families. See you in June 2019.
