Absolute worst service we have ever recieved!!! Manager was notified and witnessed himself. He didn't seem to care! Watched as 4 tables of people got up and left because they recieved no service. Restaurant was not even at full capacity!

It’s ok. I just expected better. We have really, really good wing shops in Ohio and this didn’t compare. Sorry.

We were sat right away and order taken fairly quick which is good. Bad thing is it wasn’t put in. We waited about 30 mins and was then told it was forgotten. Had to then wait about another 30 minutes for our food. Mine was fixed wrong. Some of my husbands plate was dropped on the floor and had to be remade. I guess sometimes the “original” isn’t best because we LOVE our Wild Wing Cafe back home.

We came to watch football on Sunday 9/13. Waited over 10 min to be seated. Asked if we could sit in the bar. Waitress sat us and took our drink order. 20+ minutes later waitress never came back to table. We watched her seat table after table. We also watched the bartender completely ignore us several times. My boyfriend got up and stood at the bar for at least 10 min as she served others and even a new person who walked in. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! As soon as we walked in, we were not greeted AT ALL, just someone tapped their fingers on a computer as multiple people were waiting. The bartender was the rudest of them all. You would think someone who WORKS FOR TIPS would at least crack a smile.. this lady outright IGNORED people who were trying to speak to her and make small talk (as this is a tourist destination).
