Good and bad. Finally had the manager seat us. He forgot to tell the server we were there. I went into the kitchen to get a server after about 10-15 min. Our server really was nice and friendly. My daughters Nashville hot chicken was bland, not spicy and warm at best. My Original Chicken sandwich was ok but it had a weird bbq sauce that tasted ketchup-y. The spinach dip was fantastic though and the Mother Clucker drink was terrific. Left a good tip but will not come back

Unbelievable no customers like we had the place as a private party
Absolute worst service we have ever recieved!!! Manager was notified and witnessed himself. He didn't seem to care! Watched as 4 tables of people got up and left because they recieved no service. Restaurant was not even at full capacity!

It’s ok. I just expected better. We have really, really good wing shops in Ohio and this didn’t compare. Sorry.
fantastic wings, happy hours and employees.
We were sat right away and order taken fairly quick which is good. Bad thing is it wasn’t put in. We waited about 30 mins and was then told it was forgotten. Had to then wait about another 30 minutes for our food. Mine was fixed wrong. Some of my husbands plate was dropped on the floor and had to be remade. I guess sometimes the “original” isn’t best because we LOVE our Wild Wing Cafe back home.
