OMG! No management. Children running around in the kitchen. Profanity emitting from the kitchen. Horrible service. One guy was great, sadly he wasn’t our server. Find somewhere else to go.

The staff at Wild Wing Cafe are amazing! Chris went out of his way to help us find the UCF game - even changed the boxes for us. Our server Lily was attentive and friendly and everything we ordered was delicious! The drink specials are great and the atmosphere is fun and inviting. Definitely a must for football!

5 stars!!!! The Wild Wing Cafe in Hilton Head has provided us with amazing wings, delicious appetizers and fabulous desserts! Our waiter Steven, as well as the rest of the staff, are tons of fun and keep a friendly atmosphere throughout our visit. Steven has been the most attentive waiter throughout our three visits this week, making sure we are having a fantastic evening. We look forward to visiting Steven at Wild Wing Cafe when we return for our vacation next year! :)

After spending 2 hours here and several hundred dollars, our group of 8 could not take any more and left to watch our football games elsewhere. If I was the owner I would have been appalled at the way this place is run and being run down. We left for another very accommodating sports bar up the street where we spent the next 4 hours watching football, eating and drinking. If you can't keep your customers from leaving, you are in trouble.
