Slow service. Food was awful. Too salty coleslaw. Wings undercooked. Out of beers and the server wasn’t made aware of which ones were 86’ed. Server and manager had no idea what a brioche bun was. My moms burger came on a plain white bun ( McDonalds style) And I used to work for Wild Wing Cafe and did my Mgr training in Charleston back in 2007. Very disappointed...

We are returning customers and were here just a few days ago(7/10/18). I could tell they were a little short staffed so I won’t downgrade their rating for something beyond their control(a little wait between appetizers and meal, it was dinner rush). Our waitress was wonderful and made sure to check on us at appropriate times to make sure our drinks were full and everything was going good. Food was great as always.

This is the 3rd year in a row that we have had a negative experience here. The food tastes fine still, but you wait forever for it, have mediocre service depending on what server you have. It goes downhill here each year. Really a shame. For 8 years this has been a "go to" place for us.

This is our second time visiting the wild wing cafe in Hilton Head and while the food was okay our service was awful it took us 15 minutes to get our waters and then another 15 minutes to get our beers. We ordered the wing sampler and ordered 5 different sauces but only got 3 of the sauces we ordered actually on the wings and the other two orders were left plain. Which took another 10 minutes to get the sauce side cups. Overall I would recommend the food but the service was so bad I don’t think we would go back.
Live this place. Great atmosphere and the staff is amazing.

Service was rude except for waitress. Hostess dropped menus on table and never stopped and said a word. One of the girls asked where was the bathrooms they said over there no direction. Food wasn’t great. We was there for two hours for our dinner simple stuff and they wasn’t even busy! I will never go back and I will tell all my friends not to go on there visits here!
