The staff told us that online took precedence and was the reason why it took almost 15 minutes after order to receive coffee..food was good, grits are amazing, staff polite, but if I order first the to heck with online...first cone first serve. .
Food is pretty decent but the service is terrible. Good luck catching your sever for anything even if it’s empty in there. Or expect 15-20 min after being sat for one to even speak to you. Been 3 times in a row in the last month or so for service to be this way. It’s a shame.
Orange juice was excellent and that’s about it.
I was part of a group of 25, and I was the last one to get my food. I didn’t even get to finish it because everyone at my table was already done eating and ready to leave. It was awkward because only half of our table had their food, so we were just watching the person in front of us finish theirs before we even got ours. If the servers had been nicer to us, we would have been more understanding. But every time we reminded our waitress about a missing item, she would snap at us or respond with an unpleasant attitude. My food, despite the substitutions I had specifically asked for, was given to another diner. When it was remade 30 minutes later, it was still wrong, but because of our group's tight schedule, I left things as they were. Our server was clearly a bit stressed but overall meant well, but another server that was also serving our group had a terrible attitude and would frequently react to basic requests with eye rolls and complaints.
