This is a bit of a tough one. We arrived to the restaurant at 11:40 on a Sunday. There was no one in the entry and we were told it was a 30 minute wait, but the restaurant was less than half full. They indicated they were short staffed. The lunch crowd flooded in after us, and they seated us after 35 minutes. They also seated Every. Other. Table. that was waiting.
