My family has rented from Wickstra Realty for about 18–19 years, and our experience has been very disappointing. My husband and I wanted to work with a real estate agent who had extensive experience in real estate, who had roots in Oceana and Muskegon County, and who was someone we could trust. Larry Byl was all of that and more. Multiple times, he provided insights and counsel that clearly demonstrated he was more concerned about our well-being than about making a buck. BEWARE!!!!! Tim Horton is the last person you want to deal with. By the looks of the owner reviews responses it seems they allow and feed off of each other unprofessionalism. Sad. I feel for anyone who gets tied into this place or this man.
Larry and Tim are both crooks. Taking advantage of people in this area, illegal dealings, buying people's property themselves after not selling.
