Better prices than Ferguson or home Depot. People are definitely friendly here
Called ahead to see if they carried the parts I needed. They didn't have one part but told me where I could get it. Kind and willing to listen to your needs. Helped me find an equivalent part just based on a picture alone and was able to use it to get my furnace running again. Will come back in the future and recommend others do the same.
