She was extremely helpful, kind and willing to do what was necessary to get the job done and make sure I was taken care of. She's the best realtor I've ever met and worked with.
Victory was awesome, she helped us sell our old house and get into a new one. It took us four ties to get the house, but we got it. The first, the seller backed out, then we were not quick enough on the bid for the second, the third we could not find an agreement with the seller so we backed out, then bingo. Victory never lost her cool, she was always chipper and ready to move on to the next prospect when one fell through. I don't see having to move again, but if I did I would chose Victory again.
Tracey is an incredible Agent! She works very hard for her clients and always has in their best interest. She was instrumental in finding us an amazing home that was right for our family in a wonderful neighborhood and helped us get it for the price we needed!

We got to meet with Victory today to find a home with a tight timeline she responded quickly and made it a point to make me feel like my family mattered to her. We weren't just another sale we were people to her. She was honest, direct, and knowledgeable about the buying process and made me feel at ease with everything. I am so excited to get moved into the house she took us to look at! After meeting with Victory she will be the only persom we look to for anything to do with real estate.
She set up a lot of open houses. She was very in tune with local community. She was sometimes difficult to get a hold of, but she could always answer question once reached.
My husband and I had a really nice experience working with Victory. She has a great personality, excellent knowledge of Oklahoma city market, great useful connections with other real estate professionals such as lenders, title companies. We are not easy clients to please, but she always had a smile on her face and friendly attitude which made a big difference in such a stressful period as searching for a home. We recommend her enthusiastically.
Otis always told me if I wanted to sell my house to give him a call but he said "make sure you are ready to sell" so after a few years I finely called him and set up an appointment with him. Just 4 days later and my house only being on the market for one day it sold!!!!! He was right and I was ready so if you're ready to sell your house I would call Otis for sure.
