Great experience! He also helped my daughter find a great home. I called him and he started working on selling my home. He sold my home with in 3 weeks and took me through all the steps. I would refer him and have referred him to all my family and friends.
Otis was very helpful during a stressful time. He gave us advice on selling our home, but before we decided what to do, the tornado destroyed it. Otis helped us get into a rental property immediately. He then showed us several homes and was very understanding and helpful when we decided to rebuild instead of buy. Otis advised us on multiple issues regarding the build as well as helped with design choices. I would highly recommend Otis, and will definitely call him when the time comes.
Otis was great . He is a high octane go getter . He helped me sell my house in less time than I expected . I got top dollar for it too. He was very prompt to answer phone calls and texts , even on the weekend . He made the whole process fast and pleasant .
Otis sold our home is LESS than one day!! He then walked us through a tough negotiation on our next home purchase. He was our greatest advocate and was very professional. He is very knowledgeable, honest and hard working, always willing to show us a home (or in our case, the same house 5+ times!) at a moment's notice. He would help us weigh the pros and cons but he also knew right away when a home wasn't right for us. We would definitely recommend Otis as a realtor. He knows his stuff!
