Ruby was very responsive to my inquiries and she ensured that the process would go smoothly. Her negotiating skills were excellent and she got me a new air-conditioning unit, a new furnace, and a completely new roof for the house I purchased.

I can't say enough great things about Ruby. She was so kind and patient. Our lender was a bit lazy and didn't quite want to do the job properly and kept pushing out closing date. Ruby however stepped in and made sure we out date wasn't pushed anymore. She was truely amazing.
