Victory was wonderful to work with and kept track of all new homes coming onto the market while notifying us immediately of anything that might be of interest to us.
My first experience purchasing a home was a pleasant one. Ruby is an awesome person to work with. She is very flexible and willing to work around your schedule. She is very knowledgeable and is able to give great advice, especially for a first time buyer like me. Overall, I had a great experience going through the process with her and I would highly recommend her services.
We were so fortunate to have Ruby to help us sell our home and also purchase our new home. She was very knowledgeable on how to market our home and it was sold in 2 days! She had great communication and always explained everything. As far as purchasing a new home, she listened to our wants and always made herself available for questions and showings. She negotiated a great sales price and guided us through the inspection process. We would highly recommend her!
John is extremely courteous, professional and all around really great at his job! John went above and beyond when I worked with him. I needed a house in less than a month and in less than a day I saw several houses. He was quick to respond, had extensive knowledge of school districts and since he is so familiar with the OKC metro he pointed us in the right direction to locate our new house. Needless to say we found our house in less than a month and he negotiated so well we had instant equity in our purchase! I would recommend John to anyone and when we get ready to move he will be our realtor again.
