Liel was incredibly responsive and helpful every step of the way. They also offered to resize my ring for free, which was a huge plus. When I went back to pick it up, they had cleaned and polished it as well, so it looked absolutely beautiful. Their customer service and attention to detail really exceeded my expectations.
