I bought a new Jeep today. Cody, Joel & Pat were great!
Tired of excuses and runaround. It should not take 9 weeks to do a transmission. Then try and place the blame on my insurance, wtf. So many people In town complain about this company for the same reasons not to mention time I spoke to insurance they were on it and kept me informed which is more I can say for chrysler.

Very unimpressed with this dealership. Our jeep that we bought here went into the shop to get some recalls done in January and here it is April and it's still in there. They never call us to let us know what's going on the only time we hear from them is when they are returning a call from us. I will never buy another vehicle from this place or any other White's dealership.
These guys are so awesome and work hard for everyone of their customers I can not believe the customer service and friendly environment

My jeep had a service appointment there at 8am today. They closed at 6 and no one tried reaching me so I guess I'm stranded without a vehicle tonight... I was never informed that this might be an option or anything... I was given a discount and great service the following day which made up for it.
