These guys are awesome. I work with them every once in awhile from 1200 miles away and they are fantastic.
I am not a huge fan of dealing with car dealerships-gives me a bit of anxiety actually. However, that being said, Taylor was truly wonderful!! He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles and answered every question we had (and if he didn't know, he made sure to find us the answer). I've done business with White's in the past and was not impressed. The sales pressure, the over selling, it was a nightmare. This time it was like we walked into a new dealership. There was no pressure, Taylor and Thaine found the vehicle we needed and didn't try any funny stuff behind the scenes, and no one asked the question that we all hate, "What's it gonna take for you to buy this car today". We purchased our 2015 Chevy Malibu from White's Queen City Motors in Spearfish, SD.. Now I am EXTREMELY glad that we did.. One of the service "techs" at the counter should never be aloud to work face-to-face with customers. In my opinion the hour and a half drive or so to Spearfish is not only worth it, but practically necessary if you want good customer service...Will NEVER do buisiness with White's Energy again..
