I really enjoyed the self defense classes taught by Officer Dulworth. He truly cares about helping others in the community and knowing that he wants you to be able to protect yourself in case of an attack really shows that he's being proactive. He's a real stand up guy. Easy to talk to and builds your confidence and definitely not intimidating while instructing. Highly recommend his classes to anyone to help prevent the worst outcome that might happen during an attack.

Great place to get in shape! Love my trainer, Keri and staff. Very friendly and helpful.
White river has great work out classes. Cardio kick boxing is the greatest. Zumba is also a good one as well. Come give them a try.
