Excellent facility, with lots of equipment and space. They have everything you could use from a full gym, pool, hot tub, sauna, free weights, weight machines, cardio equipment...I could go on and on! And all of the employees and trainers are so nice and helpful! We will continue to be members here for years to come!
I love that it's a family environment through and through, I can work out and get in the pool or sauna and not have to worry about people being rude or disruptive even though there's always kids around. #GymTimeAllTheTime
She likes the lap pool so we go here. The gym and exercise area is large with high ceilings and the resistance machines are adequate. The aerobic machines very widely in function and purpose, .75 cent towel service, free coffee, and friendly staff, what more do you need?
