RecommendedI joined the Fat Burning Program in September and loved it so much I am continuing with my trainer Heather Musick. Everyone is helpful and excited that you are there to become healthier. It's not intimidating because everyone there is there for the same reason. Doing something is better than not doing anything at all!

This place is great! The staff is very friendly! I highly recommend it!
Overall bad experience staff wasn't very friendly, no smile, hey how are ya today, more like here's lock bye and they need to clean their machines and dust more often, before you sign that contract read it very carefully. Pool was great tho no complaints there!
